    Got stuck in customs and didnt get refund. What a scam!!!

    Hello, if the goods ended up at customs and the customs authority refuses to release them, we have no means to retrieve the goods or get your money back.     Super výběr, rychlé doručení. Jediné co musím vytknout, je už osm provedených objednávek, ale žádný slevový kód.

    Tak to jste nám asi zapomněla o něj napsat. Stačí sledovat naše ambasadory, kteří poskytují až 20% slevy. Nebo napsat na náš FB nebo IG o 10% slevu. Přejeme hezký den.

    Od této firmy jsem nakupoval velkoobchodně. Bohužel velká nespokojenost s přístupem. Pokud člověk nejde s penězi, nejsou ochotni nic řešit. Při nákupu mi bylo slíbeno dodání laboratorních testů k produktu. To byl velký nákup a bez testů bych to vůbec nekupoval. Nikdy mi je neposlali, a to bylo skoro 2 roky před psaním této recenze. Majitele jsem potkal na Konopexu minulý rok a konfrontoval jsem ho, tak napůl se mi omluvil a slíbil, že to napraví, testy dopošle a také mi dá zadarmo 1 Kg CBD květů jako omluvu. To bylo před rokem a testy stále nemám a slíbené květy také ne. Na emaily nereagují, majitele se nejde dovolat, dopsat. Psal jsem jim doslova desítky emailů a bez odpovědi. V životě jsem nezažil takový přístup v tomto segmentu trhu. Neprofesionalita, lži a prázdné sliby. Pokud si to čte někdo z Czech CBD a chce to vyřešit, tak prosím. Kontakt na mě máte, adresu také.
